Terms of service

Scope of work

Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work covering deliverables, timelines, fees and dependencies. Anything outside that document is a change request and will be quoted before it starts.

Fees and payment

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; project work follows the milestone schedule in the proposal. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or the relevant platform. GST applies at prevailing rates. Invoices are due within seven days, after which work may be paused.

Client responsibilities

Timely access to accounts, assets, approvals and a decision-maker keeps a project on schedule. Delays in approvals move delivery dates by at least the same duration.

Ownership

On full payment, the creative assets and custom code produced for you are yours. Advertising accounts, domains and analytics properties remain in your name throughout. Our own products — BusyBot, EzyBot, DealerZone, MailSniffer, WebMonitor and WebShield — remain the intellectual property of iNetAjmer and are licensed to you for the subscription term.

Results

We commit to method, effort and reporting, and we set targets together. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue, because platform costs, competition and your own sales follow-up all affect the outcome.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep commercial information confidential. We will not name you as a client publicly without permission, and we will not share your data or results with competitors.

Term and cancellation

Retainers run for a minimum of three months, then continue monthly with 30 days' written notice from either side. Product subscriptions renew monthly or annually and can be cancelled before renewal. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages, policy changes or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan.
