What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect the name, phone number, email address, company name, city and message you provide. Our servers also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which we use to keep the site secure and understand traffic.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver the services you engage us for, and — if you have opted in — send occasional updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics), each bound to protect it.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Advertising platforms including Meta and Google may set cookies when you arrive from a campaign. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Data from our products

Where you use BusyBot, EzyBot, DealerZone, MailSniffer, WebMonitor or WebShield, data processed inside those products belongs to you. We act as a processor under your instructions, retain it only while your subscription is active, and export or delete it on written request.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to three years so we can pick up conversations where they left off. Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by Indian tax and accounting law.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers with encryption in transit, regular patching, monitored uptime and daily backups. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and explain what to do.
