An agency that ships software, and a software company that runs ads.
iNetAjmer started in Ajmer with a simple observation: clients didn't have a marketing problem or a technology problem. They had a gap between the two. So we learned to do both.
Built in Ajmer since 2009, tested in seventeen states
iNetAjmer opened in Ajmer in 2009 and moved fully into digital work in 2012. We began with websites and small campaigns for local businesses. The pattern repeated everywhere: a client would approve a budget, the leads would arrive, and half of them would die in a WhatsApp group over the weekend.
Rather than write another report about response times, we built the software. DealerZone came out of a dealership that kept losing weekend enquiries. BusyBot came from a school drowning in the same twelve admission questions. MailSniffer came from a client whose staff credentials showed up in a third-party leak.
Since 2023 the whole practice has been AI-first: every engagement now assumes automation is part of the answer. Today we run paid media, build apps and websites, and operate six products of our own — with the same team answering for all of it. That's the whole idea. One number to call when a campaign, an app or a server needs someone.
Six rules we don't break
You own everything
Ad accounts, pixels, domains, repositories and data stay in your name. Leaving us should cost you nothing but notice.
Report the bad month too
If spend went up and bookings didn't, that's the first slide, not a footnote. Trust is built in the months that go wrong.
Talk to the people doing the work
No account-manager relay. You speak to the person running your campaigns or writing your code.
Automate before you hire
If a task is repetitive, it should be a workflow. We would rather sell you fewer hours and more system.
Security is not an upsell
Monitoring, backups and hardening are part of running a site properly, so they come with the care plan by default.
Know the local market
What sells a scooter in Ajmer is not what sells one in Ludhiana. Our creative and copy are written for the town, in the language it uses.
How we got here
Each step came from a client problem we couldn't solve with the tools available at the time.
iNetAjmer opens
Started in Ajmer serving local businesses, schools and showrooms with technology support and their first websites.
Into the digital era
Moved decisively into digital — search and social campaigns, analytics and web builds became the core of the practice.
Performance marketing practice
Shifted from project work to retained accounts, with reporting tied to leads and bookings rather than impressions, and the first automotive dealer networks on board.
App and product engineering
Added a development team, shipped the first custom dealer and field-force apps, and took over hosting and maintenance for client stacks.
DealerZone
Launched the dealer lead platform after running it inside partner showrooms across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
AI-first, by default
Automation stopped being an add-on. BusyBot and EzyBot went live across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, joined by MailSniffer, WebMonitor and WebShield.
AI-first, end to end
Campaigns, products and automation run as one engagement for seventeen automotive brands and clients across seventeen states and four countries — with the product roadmap driven by what those accounts need next.
Small pods, senior hands
You get a pod, not a department: a strategist who owns the number, a media buyer, a designer, and an engineer when the work needs one.
- Growth strategists who have run dealership and school accounts for years
- Performance media buyers across Meta, Google and WhatsApp
- Product designers and full-stack engineers building our own platforms
- Creative team producing in Hindi and English, for print and screen
- Support desk on call for uptime, security and campaign emergencies
“The difference is that they built the software our team uses every morning. When we ask for a change, it is in the app the next week — not in a feature request queue somewhere abroad.”
