Cancellation & Refund
- Any Product purchased from iNetAjmer can be returned back only if the Product has not been used.
- If you receives damaged or defective item we will provide the replacement item if available.
- User shall be entitled to request to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a “Cancel Order” request.
- If user request to cancel the order after the item shipped, then the shipping charges will deducted.
- The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
- We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc Reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you are requested to send such products through any reputed courier services.
- The charges of return shipment are not refunded by us. The customer has to pay the charges from their side.
- We have full right to cancel the order before shipment if the user fails to provide complete and correct shipping address or if we notice any unusual activity by the user.
REFUND PROCEDURE
Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card = 7 to 15 Days
We will process the refund after receipt of the product.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next 7 to 15 days in Credit Card/ Bank statement.
Refund draft will be issued on the billing name as advised by customers.
If your refund doesn’t appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact customer care for further assistance.
